OUT-OF-NETWORK
- We are an out-of-network provider. Upon request, we will provide you the “Superbill”, which you can submit to your insurance provider to get the reimbursement for your office visits. The coverage rate varies depending on the type of your insurance plan.
- Although under many PPO plans, out-of-network providers are paid at a 60-80% rate for the services, we strongly urge you to check with your insurance company to find out the coverage prior to your office visit.
- Please note that MEDICARE do not cover Naturopathic medicine at this time.
CASH/HSA/FLEX ACCOUNT PATIENTS
- EYE-OPENING SESSION (30 MIN) : $125
- – ONE 30-Minute Consultation with Dr.Ahn. This session is for new patients only.
- – Suggestions for the relevant next steps on the case, based on the information provided by you.
- NEW PATIENT VISIT (90 MIN) : $395
- FOLLOW-UP VISIT (30 MIN) : $145
- ACUPUNCTURE ONLY VISIT : $145 (New Patient) /$125 (follow-up)
- LAB TESTS AND SUPPLEMENTS: Additional costs depending on the product/service.
